ZephyrWest leverages the skills, talents and energy of the private sector to plan, develop and implement social initiatives that both makes a meaningful change in the quality of life supported by proprietary self-sustaining financial strategies.
The purpose for which Zephyrwest is formed and the business and objects to be carried on and promoted by it are as follows:
- Provide a funding platform that is a private sector, capital driven initiative to ensure a sustainable and scalable financing for the humanitarian and quality of life needs of First Nations Canada.
- Dedicate the financial resources for the sole purpose of enhancing the self-determination, cultural values and ethnic integrity of the people who belong to the community of First Nations.
- Create a company where First Nations Canada has a direct proprietary control over quality of life outcomes for its people.
- To conduct the business of research and development that leads to the discovery of resources necessary to enhance the (training, education and technology) that enhance and support quality of life on the continuum of aging, from birth through elder years.
- To engage in scientific, social, psychological, cultural, medical, rehabilitation and all other fields of knowledge and skill that facilitate the conditions enhancing quality of life, including but not limited to economic and personal financial attitudes and behaviors, the understanding of self-reliance and self-determination and the support of political and social changes necessary to sustain meaningful quality of life throughout the aging continuum.
- To deliver comprehensive training and education enhanced and enabled by unique and proprietary technology to communities, professionals and enablers and supporters of care giving activities to people throughout the continuum of aging.
Funding Resources of Zephyrwest, Inc. will be dedicated to support the following agendas:

- New housing planned, designed and constructed specifically to enhance the cultural values, self-determination and self-esteem of the First Nations people.
- Families caring for people on the continuum of aging, including infants, children, adolescents, workers producing and sustaining livelihood and elders.
- Hospital services including inpatient, outpatient, comprehensive outpatient psychiatric and rehabilitation treatment for youth, adolescents, adults, and/or elders.
- Residential treatment services for youth, adolescents, adults, and/or elders including Child day care services.
- Knowledge, skills, and attitude enrichment of people's ability to enhance their own quality of life through actions and planning in their livelihood production years.
- Social, psychological, educational and environmental support that will encourage people in their adolescent and young years to strive to achieve their maximum capacity.
- Aging members of First Nations that are deemed in need of social, medical, rehabilitative, psychological, economic or other help that will enable and sustain quality of life.
